Peacefully on 17th September 2014, aged 49 years, Jeremy (Jem), adored husband of Jayne, proud daddy of Jessica, loving son of Anne and the late Ronald also a much loved brother of Susan. Family and friends please meet at St. Mary The Virgin Church, Whitley Bay on Monday 29th September at 2.00pm, followed by committal at Whitley Bay Crematorium at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please. A donations box for Pancreatic Cancer UK will be available on the day. All welcome back to Grand Hotel, Tynemouth.
